You mean the governement can't stop people from smoking?

On June 10th, 2009 Libertarian Adam says:

I don't even see why they passed this legislation, it's against the law for someone under 18 to smoke anyway.  So since the government knows best and that's why they created this law, obviously no one under 18 would smoke because it's against the law.  Unlike the government, we learned from probation that banning something doesn't work if people want it.
